"I wanted to send you a note to thank you for such a great job on our Travertine floor. Eight years ago we had the floor installed by someone who had never installed stone, only ceramic tiles. Before we got a chance to see how they were doing, they were halfway done and the floor was a nightmare. It was so uneven we had to have them stop the work and we brought someone else in to finish. We couldn't afford to fix it at the time, and we have hated the floor since day one. We moved out for the last 3 years and are now preparing to move back in, but didn't want to go back until we had something done with the floors. When we saw the picture in your ad we couldn't believe it was possible our floor could look like that. As you know we were very skeptical when we first spoke. You assured us you could fix it. We figured even if you couldn't, it would be better than living with it like it was. It was so bad we were prepared to tear the whole thing out and start over. Sixty percent of the house was Travertine so there was no way we could hide that mess under a few rugs, which is what we tried to do before. You guys put a lot of work into it and it shows. It's hard to believe the floor is now even and the polished shine looks just like the picture in your ad. You and your guys did everything you said you'd do, and even though you had to replace more tiles than you thought you would you didn't keep raising the price on us. The floor is gorgeous, and you did it for less than we thought we'd end up paying. We are so thrilled with the work you guys did, we asked you to epoxy the garage floor and we are also prepared to have you do the cool deck in the back yard. You did everything you said you'd do, you were fair every step of the way, and it didn't cost us a fortune. They say when things go bad, 1 dissatisfied customer tells 10, but in this case we are so thrilled we will be sharing your name with everyone we know.
